The wine is sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in Lodi which is located near Sacramento.
Gravity flow fruit handling and whole cluster pressing helped preserve the natural acid balance present at harvest and this also minimizes harsh tannins and allows a more natural expression of ripe chardonnay fruit. A majority of our blend is unoaked but the remainder is aged sur lie (on its lees) and stirred daily for six months prior to bottling resulting in a wine that is perfectly balanced with just a touch of oak. Alcohol: 13.3%

Our Chardonnay boasts bright, fresh aromas and flavors of citrus, pear, apple and white flowers. Its creamy texture is supported by fresh acidity and along, clean finish. Ideal as an aperitif or with poultry, salads, cream-based pastas and softer cheeses.
