The Tiamo Chianti DOCG comes from a certified organic vineyard near the hillside village of Montespertoli in Tuscany.
The wine is a blend of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is made without any contact with wood in order to get as much of the fruit quality as possible. The resulting wine is soft and elegant and rich in flavor.
Made from organic grapes
Tiamo Chianti is sourced from a 40 acre vineyard that sits at an elevation of 800 feet in the Montespertoli hills near Florence. Grapes are grown in sandy clay with sea fossil deposits and are all hand-picked at low yields.
Tiamo Chianti is estate grown and is a blend of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. After hand-picking, the grapes are sorted and crushed. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures over 15–20 days before a gentle pressing. No oak is used
Tasting Notes & Food Pairing
